Build the import business
Ghana actually needed.

Most importers move boxes. We specify what goes in them. If you want to learn the technical, regulatory and commercial side of moving capital equipment into Ghana properly, this is a good place to do it.

How we work

We are a young company and we are deliberate about how we operate. These are not slogans — every one of them shows up in how we hire, price and behave at the port.

We declare honestly

We do not under-declare, we do not pay outside an invoice, and we do not make facilitation payments. If that costs us a deal, it costs us a deal. This is not negotiable and it applies to everyone.

The warranty is the product

Most installations in this market void the manufacturer warranty on day one — wrong clamping zone, no salt mist certification on a coastal site, no commissioning record. We exist so our clients can still claim in year twelve. Everything else follows from that.

We price on landed cost

Never on FOB. Duty, levies, VAT, clearing and demurrage are modelled before a quote leaves the building. Nobody here guesses at a number in front of a client.

We write it down

Quotes, agent instructions, valuations and scope changes go in writing. A conversation that is not recorded did not happen, and that protects you as much as the company.

Engineering judgement first

The company is run by a licensed electrical engineer. When a client specifies the wrong breaker, we say so before we quote it — even when the correct part is cheaper.

We respect the clock

Free days at Tema run out. Demurrage is a real cost with a real owner. Urgency here is not theatre — it is arithmetic, and everyone learns to read it.

You will see the numbers

Staff see landed cost, margin and where money is lost. You cannot make good commercial decisions behind a curtain, so we do not put one up.

Open roles

All roles are based in Accra unless stated. We hire on judgement and attitude — if you meet most of a specification and can show you learn quickly, apply anyway.

Nothing here fits you? We keep speculative applications on file for six months. Use the form below, pick “Speculative application”, and tell us what you would do here.

What we offer

We are honest about what a company incorporated in January 2026 can and cannot offer. Here is where we actually stand.

ItemPosition
Written contractEvery employee receives a written contract of employment. This is your right under the Labour Act 2003 (Act 651), not a favour.
SSNITAll employees are registered for social security and contributions are remitted monthly. No cash-only arrangements.
PAYEDeducted and remitted to the Ghana Revenue Authority. You will receive payslips.
Annual leaveAt or above the statutory minimum under Act 651.
ProbationUsed honestly, with written feedback at the midpoint. Not as a way to avoid confirming people.
CertificationWe fund technical certification for people who will use it — NABCEP, manufacturer installer programmes (SMA, Fronius, Victron, Huawei, Sungrow), and Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders qualifications. Certification is not a perk here, it is how we hold the warranty position that the business is built on.
ToolsYou will be given the instruments to do the job properly — insulation tester, clamp meter, irradiance meter, calibrated torque wrench. We do not ask people to guess.
ProgressionThe company is new. Early staff shape the roles. That is genuine opportunity and genuine ambiguity — we would rather you knew that up front.
What we cannot yet offerPrivate health insurance, a pension above statutory tiers, or a large salary. We will not pretend otherwise to get you through the door.

How hiring works

Four steps. We aim to give every applicant a decision within three weeks, including the people we do not take forward.

Apply

Use the form below or email us. Tell us plainly what you have done, not what you were responsible for.

Conversation

A 30-minute call. We explain the business honestly, including the parts that are hard.

Practical task

A short, real task — a landed-cost calculation, a supplier email, a stock reconciliation. Paid if it takes more than an hour.

Offer

Written offer, written contract, agreed start date. Nothing verbal, nothing vague.

Apply

This form opens your email client with everything filled in. Attach your CV before you send it.
